SHIPPING POLICY
We understand the importance of fast, efficient service and hence strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Most items you see on the website are made to order hence they take 3-4 days to be made. Once shipped, orders take 3-4 days to be delivered. All shipping is carried out by our Courier Partner: Pickrr Technologies.
The payment for your order is accepted through online transactions as well as cash on delivery.
The price of all the products are inclusive of all the taxes. The taxes are levied as per the government laws (bound to change as per the change in government tax laws).
Customers can modify the shipping address before the product has been packed, you can whatsapp/Email us for the same,. After the packing of the product is completed, no modification in the shipping address will be accepted.
Shipping is charged INR 100 per order pan India. All orders above INR 2000 are eligible for free shipping.
No returns will be accepted on the orders, only exchange in cases of damage during transit can be done.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
No, we only operate PAN India at the moment.
Cancellation is possible only until the order has not been made. Once the order has been made and dispatched no cancellations will be accepted.
Multiple order cancellations by one customer will lead to their account being added to our blacklist.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Products are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is a case of damage during transit.
We closely inspect each product that goes out of our office. Nonetheless in case you receive a defective or damaged product, you must let us know within 2 days of delivery.
Items cannot be returned on grounds of colour. Incase the product has had physical damage during transit, a return request can be filed.
What are the shipping charges on the returned product?
No shipping charges will be levied on the return of a damaged product.
In a highly rare scenario, if you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 2 days of receiving the product on (email/number). Once the complaint is raised, please send us a picture of your damaged/defective product, picture of the label along with the description of the damage on technicolourjewellery@gmail.com. We will either replace your product or issue a refund depending on the case at hand.
