How do I know if my order has been confirmed?
Once your payment has been successful, your order will be internally processed and Technicolour will immediately send a confirmation mail for your order to the email address associated with your order / account. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg OD01202130213) for your reference with our customer service team, list of items you have ordered and expected delivery time.
Is it possible to order an out of stock product?
No, it is not possible to order an out of stock product but please use the "Notify Me" feature; we'll let you know once the product is back in stock.
Are the photographs of the jewellery the same?
Please note that different monitors display colors differently and also depends on whether the display has been calibrated properly. Some colors may be slightly different from photographs owing to lighting changes.
